We often do not answer the phone since we are attending to the animals. Please leave a detailed message if we don't answer the phone and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Street Address
If you live in the Ottawa-Carleton area, you need to call us in advance to book an appointment and determine, on a case-by-case basis, if the animal should be brought to us at the shelter. Sometimes other actions should be taken in the best interest of the animal (e.g. trying to reunite it with its mother). We do not currently have a public drop-in or visitors centre.
