Michael Kruse is Director of Pre-construction Services at Aecon Buildings Ottawa.  His position includes responsibility for the estimating team, tenders and budgeting, tender processes, as well as budgeting and pro-formas to assist clients. Michael has been a part-time teacher of the Civil Engineering Technician program at Algonquin College.  Previous volunteer experience includes the United Way and the CHEO Foundation through the Ottawa Construction Association. In 2008, Michael co-managed the funding for and construction of RVWS’s new wildlife rehabilitation centre, and continues to manage construction projects.
