The Rideau Valley Wildlife Sanctuary’s annual Open House will take place June 2 and 3, 2018, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
There will be tours of the wildlife centre where you can see wildlife being fed through one-way viewing windows, displays, a silent auction, bake sale, bar-b-q, kids games and more. As usual, the band, Grateful We’re Not Dead, will be performing their classic country, rock and blues tunes. It is a family friendly event so please bring the kids! Although we love all animals, please leave pets at home.
Admission is free, although we gratefully accept donations and items from our wishlist. Registration is not required. Free parking is available on the street and we will have shuttles to bring you to the wildlife centre.
We would also be grateful for for business donations of new goods or services to our silent auction.
